IMPORTANT NOTE: before confirming the booking, check the content of the services in the quote, as this is a customisable itinerary for each client. Check that the transfers are included or if they have been eliminated when changing the flight or hotel. 

Once the quotation is finalised and before confirming the reservation, you must make sure that:e:

• The names of the passengers match exactly with those reflected in the passports. Name changes imply a new quotation of services and possible price changes. 
• Air tickets will be issued on the date re-confirmed by our operational team, which may vary according to the booking conditions.
• Air tickets for low cost airlines, train, bus, ferry or show tickets will be issued at the time of booking confirmation and are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
